StandardVision x Vellum LA: #PeaceForUkraine Digital Billboard Exhibition in Support of Ukrainians Affected by War

In support of Vellum LA’s #PeaceForUkraine initiative, StandardVision is amplifying the work of digital artists who are raising funds to help Ukrainians affected by war. The public outdoor exhibition is currently featuring artworks on 4 of StandardVision’s large-scale digital media facades across Los Angeles.

Krista Kim’s No. 700 v.26 is an algorithmic painting in 4K resolution intended for large screen display. With the goal of achieving digital Zen, Krista Kim’s pieces allow for a moment of mindfulness and contemplation, leveraging the LED technology of our digital facades to give pause.

Mieke Marple’s Medusa Collection is a set of 2,500 unique NFTs based on Marple’s paintings of canonical Italian sculptures of Medusa, spanning 1545 to 1805. Made using a combination of analog and digital techniques, the Medusa Collection consists of a randomizing algorithm which generates each unique artwork.

We Pray For Peace by artist MBSJQ is part of Parker Yiltch's Ukraine Relief Collection, which aims to provide funds for humanitarian aid to Ukrainian refugees. The collection is composed of 37 talented artists in the NFT space utilizing the power of the blockchain to raise money for a good cause in the most transparent way possible. 100% of the proceeds (primary & secondary) from the Ukraine Relief Collection will go to @Ukraine_DAO .

Digital artist Nicolas Sassoon is selling 1000 editions of his work SUNRISE with 100% of profits going to Ukrainian Charities.

Weeks continue to pass as the people of Ukraine fight to protect their homeland and save their people. As part of the art and technology community, StandardVision feels that it is vital to use our platforms to continue to be a voice shining a light on this crisis and raising funds towards efforts in Ukraine.
